Mike focuses on the investment activities of Crescentia Capital, the private equity business of Calvert Street Investment Partners. In addition, Mike is a member of Calvert Street’s Executive Leadership Committee. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Mike was an executive in Ernst and Young’s transaction advisory services and provided merger and acquisition advice to both private equity and corporate clients.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Towson University. He is also a member of the Finance Council for his church, Christ the King.
Jeff focuses on the business development efforts of Crescentia Capital, the private equity business of Calvert Street Investment Partners. Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Jeff provided due diligence and strategy consulting services to private equity and corporate clients targeting acquisitions of $1 billion in enterprise value while at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston.
Jeff earned an MBA in Data Analytics from Bryant University and holds a Bachelor and Master of Arts from Loyola University of Maryland.
Seth focuses on the investment activities of Crescentia Capital, the private equity business of Calvert Street Investment Partners. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Seth was responsible for equity investments in business services companies with Access Holdings, a private equity firm based in Baltimore. He previously worked in the Industrials, and Energy & Power groups at Wells Fargo Securities.
Seth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
Brian focuses on the investment activities of Crescentia Capital, the private equity business of Calvert Street Investment Partners. In addition, Brian is a member of Calvert Street’s Executive Leadership Committee. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Brian specialized in M&A transactions between private equity firms and middle market companies while in the Corporate Finance and Due Diligence groups at Ernst & Young. He also previously worked in Arthur Andersen’s Audit practice.
Brian earned an MBA from the University of Maryland and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Regis University. He is an ACG Maryland Board member and active in his community as a soccer coach and volunteer at his children’s school.
Josh is a co-founder of Calvert Street Investment Partners and has helped raise, invest, and manage over $600 million for its private equity and mezzanine businesses. In addition, Josh is the Chairperson of Calvert Street’s Executive Leadership Committee. Prior to forming the firm in 1995, Josh worked in London, managing Chase Capital Europe, the firm’s European merchant banking group, and in New York with Chase Capital Partners.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a trustee or board director of several Mid-Atlantic family-owned private companies and trusts and is active in his community by serving as a member of the board of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Maryland.
Jack focuses on the investment activities of Crescentia Capital, the private equity business of Calvert Street Investment Partners. Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Jack worked as an investment banking analyst and associate at Stifel in its Diversified Services coverage group.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
Alex focuses on the investment activities of Crescentia Capital, the private equity business of Calvert Street Investment Partners. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Alex was an Investment Banking Analyst at Stifel where he worked with numerous Industrial & Infrastructure Services companies on M&A transactions.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University. He is also a member of the Gilman School Alumni Association Board of Governors and ACG Maryland NextGen Committee.
Steve focuses on the investment activities of Crescentia Capital, the private equity business of Calvert Street Investment Partners. Prior to joining the firm in 2014, Steve worked as an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan in its Diversified Industries coverage group.
Steve received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Business Administration and a minor in Art History from Washington & Lee University. He has also served in various leadership positions at Second Presbyterian Church in Baltimore, Maryland.
Kathi brings over 40 years of operating experience to Calvert Street Investment Partners. In addition to assisting the investment professionals with thesis development, sourcing and due diligence, she functions as the Board Chair/Lead Director for portfolio companies of Crescentia Capital. Prior to partnering with the firm, Kathi was a Senior Vice President at RoadSafe, a private equity backed provider of traffic control and pavement marking services, and Regional Vice President at NES Traffic Safety. She was also Owner/President of Alternate Construction Controls Inc.
Kathi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Bradley University. She has been active with the American Traffic Safety Services Association for over 35 years and is a Past Chairperson and Board Member.
Patrick brings 40 years of operating experience to Calvert Street Investment Partners. In addition to assisting the investment professionals with thesis development, sourcing and due diligence, he functions as the Board Chair/Lead Director for several portfolio companies of Crescentia Capital. Prior to partnering with the firm, Pat was the COO for Rolls-Royce’s Defense Division and President of Rolls-Royce Naval Marine Inc. Prior to joining Rolls-Royce, Mr. Marolda was president of Kidde Fenwal Safety Systems, the world’s leader in providing eutectic overheat sensors to the aerospace market. Before that, he spent 20 years with General Electric (GE) in its Power Systems and Energy Divisions.
Pat earned an MS in Engineering from George Washington University. Upon graduation from the New York Maritime College with a Marine Engineering degree, he joined the Military Sealift Command as a Third Assistant Engineer aboard the USNS Marias (TAO-57).
John brings 50 years of operating experience to Calvert Street Investment Partners. In addition to assisting the investment professionals with thesis development, sourcing and due diligence, he functions as the Board Chair/Lead Director for several portfolio companies of Crescentia Capital. Prior to partnering with the firm, John was the CEO of the Sheridan Group, a private equity backed company offering innovative print and digital content delivery solutions for Book, Journal, Magazine, and Catalog publishers. He also previously held several executive positions during his 24-year career at Procter & Gamble including as President of the Noxell Corporation.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University.
Sandy brings over 30 years of operating experience to Calvert Street Investment Partners. In addition to assisting the investment professionals with thesis development, sourcing and due diligence, she functions as the Board Chair/Lead Director for several portfolio companies of Crescentia Capital. Prior to partnering with the firm, Sandy was the CEO of Sprint Industrial, a private equity backed provider of specialty equipment rentals and services to industrial end markets. Prior to Sprint Industrial, Sandy was the President of Hydrochem Industrial Services, private equity backed provider of industrial cleaning and environmental services.
Sandy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
Allyson brings over 35 years of financial operating experience to Calvert Street Investment Partners. In addition to assisting the investment professionals with due diligence on new investment theses and monitoring the financial performance of portfolio companies, she functions as a financial resource to several portfolio companies assisting in improvements to financial reporting, systems, processes and organization as well as a mentor and coach to the financial leaders of those companies. Prior to partnering with the firm, Allyson was a financial consultant for Diligence Solutions Group and Assure Professional. Prior to consulting, Allyson held various C-suite and senior financial leadership roles at several manufacturing and industrial service companies.
Allyson holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Alabama.
Rebekah provides essential administrative and accounting support for all the business units at Calvert Street Investment Partners. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Rebekah was the Administrative Assistant for Timonium Presbyterian Church and directly supported the executive director. In her spare time, she continues to serve as the Assistant Editor for the Cushman Foundation for Foraminiferal Research providing copy editing services and has revised over 400 manuscripts during her 10-year tenure. She also worked as a Marine Biologist for several organizations including, British Antarctic Survey in Cambridge, England and The Natural History Museum of London.
Rebekah earned an MS in Marine Science and Biological Oceanography from the University of South Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Science from Eckerd College.
Carrie manages the finance and administrative functions for all business units at Calvert Street Investment Partners. In addition, Carrie is a member of Calvert Street’s Executive Leadership Committee. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Carrie held various accounting and finance positions at Sterling Partners, a Chicago-based investment management platform. She also held similar positions at Camden Partners, a Baltimore-based growth equity firm.
Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
Reidan focuses on the investor relations activities at Calvert Street Investment Partners. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Reidan provided private capital fundraising services while in the Private Funds Group at GCA Advisors. He has over 25 years of fundraising, advisory, and investor relations experience at firms including Merrill Lynch, Probitas Partners, KRG Capital, and The Carlyle Group.
Reidan earned an MBA from Pace University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Information Systems from Hofstra University. He is also active in his community having participated or served in leaderships roles in The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team In Training and Light the Night programs, the Boy Scouts of America and the Suanhacky Campership Association.
Pete manages the compliance functions for all business units at Calvert Street Investment Partners through a third-party arrangement with Abide Consulting. Mr. Galloway is not a direct employee of Calvert Street Investment Partners. Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Pete was the Chief Compliance Officer of both Adviser Investments, LLC and its wholly owned subsidiary, Polaris Wealth Advisory Group, LLC. He has more than 25 years of experience in regulatory compliance and financial services at firms including Adherence, LLC, S&P Ratings, Barclays/Lehman Brothers, Citigroup and Deutsche Asset Management/Bankers Trust.
Pete earned a JD from Fordham University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from St. John Fisher University.
